MeHealthy is an application operated by AVYRA S.R.L.. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using either method below.
Delete directly in the app
- Open the MeHealthy app and sign in.
- Open Menu, then Profile / Settings.
- Under Account deletion, select Delete account.
- Confirm the action. The account will be closed and the session will be signed out.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send the request from the email address associated with your account. To protect your data, we may request additional information strictly to verify your identity.

Data deleted or anonymized
- account and profile data, including name, email, phone number, and authentication identifiers;
- child or patient profiles owned by the account;
- measurements, history, vaccinations, and calculator results;
- invitations, permissions, and shared access associated with the account;
- active tokens and sessions.
Data retained and retention periods
- tax and payment records required by law are retained only for the applicable statutory period and are separated from the active profile;
- technical and security logs may be retained for 6–12 months, or longer if required to investigate an incident or meet a legal obligation;
- backups are removed through the normal technical cycle within no more than 90 days.
Deleting your MeHealthy account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the store account where you purchased it.
